The annual average temperature for the whole country ranges from 22oC (72oF) to 28oC (82oF).The climate is divided into four seasons in the North: spring, summer, fall, winter. May - October is suitable for those who like swimming, sunbathing, and hiking. The average temperature in Hanoi is 24.6oC (76oF).In southern Vietnam, the temperate is warm throughout the year averaging 27oC (80oF) with daily short showers expected from April - October.
