Meditation courses in pagodas

Besides the aforementioned meditation centers in Ho Chi Minh, you can find meditation classes in the local pagodas, which mostly teach Vipassana meditation. The courses can get booked up quite quickly if you’re not planning ahead, so you might want to check up with the locals when they are taking place. However, there might be few to no English speaker which can be a challenge if you are not fluent in Vietnamese. Some pagodas in Ho Chi Minh City that offers meditation classes:

Conclusion on Meditation Centers in Ho Chi Minh

Whether you are an expat living in Ho Chi Minh or an international visitor, a trip to the inner self is not a bad idea whenever you want to escape the whirlwind going on in the city and in your head. Bear in mind that since the purpose is to take a break from the chaos, some meditation centers in Ho Chi Minh tend to stay hidden from the busy city center.

To learn Transcendental Meditation (TM), you just need to spend 1 or 1 hour and a half/day in the center, the course lasts 4 days after you join the Free Introductory Session and decide to register.
Since it's not a residence course, you can keep your normal schedule and go to the TM center at the time of the lessons only.
I think the information mentioned above is quite confused and unclear.
Hope this will help!
