Transcendental Meditation is believed to be simpler than other forms of meditation such as “mindfulness,” and thus easier to practice and apply to your daily life. However, you may need to spend more than 7 hours in 5 days straight in order to obtain the techniques. Whether you are an expat living in Ho Chi Minh or an international visitor, a trip to the inner self is not a bad idea whenever you want to escape the whirlwind going on in the city and in your head. Bear in mind that since the purpose is to take a break from the chaos, some meditation centers in Ho Chi Minh tend to stay hidden from the busy city center.

To learn Transcendental Meditation (TM), you just need to spend 1 or 1 hour and a half/day in the center, the course lasts 4 days after you join the Free Introductory Session and decide to register.
Since it's not a residence course, you can keep your normal schedule and go to the TM center at the time of the lessons only.
I think the information mentioned above is quite confused and unclear.
Hope this will help!
