9:30 AM - Binh Tay Market (Duration: 1 hour and a half)
It will be a 30-minute ride from the city center by motorbike or by taxi to Binh Tay Market. The market is in Ho Chi Minh City's Chinatown and along with Ben Thanh Market, is one of the most visited markets in the city. You can not only find souvenirs like conical hats and porcelain but also see the daily life of many Chinese in Ho Chi Minh City.
11:00 AM - Nhi Phu Temple (Duration: 30 minutes)
The temple is also located in Chinatown, and it will take you 9 minutes to walk from Binh Tay Market. The temple is a typical architecture of the Chinese temple, that was built by Fujian Chinese who immigrated to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) in the early 18th century.
11:30 AM - Thien Hau Temple (Duration: 30 minutes)
Another temple you should visit in Chinatown is Thien Hau Temple. The temple was built by the Cantonese in the second half of the 18th century to worship and pay gratitude to Mazu for guiding them to the new land safely. It will take about 8 minutes to walk there from Nhi Phu Temple.
12:00 PM - Lunch (Duration: 1 hour and a half)
Refresh yourself with a bit unusual but delicious combination of Vietnamese noodle creations: Banh canh cua (crab noodle soup) and Bun rieu cua (crab meat patty noodle soup).

1:30 PM - Southern Women's Museum (Duration: 30 minutes)
The museum is opened to honor women, especially women in the South of Vietnam, for what they did to support the Vietnamese revolution during the Vietnam War as well as their strong will and achievements in the modern world. You will get to know not only another side of the Vietnam War but also how amazing Vietnamese women are. It is at 202 Vo Thi Sau, District 3, about 20 minutes ride by motorbike or taxi from Thien Hau Temple.
2:00 PM - Vietnam History Museum (Duration: 1 hour and a half)
The place kept many remnants and small replicates of historical events from different periods of Vietnamese history. The journey in this museum will get you back in time and understand both Vietnamese history and Vietnamese culture more. You should also check out the water puppet show here. It is a 45-minute long of many Vietnamese tales performed with puppets and music. You will have to take another 15-minute ride from the Southern Women's Museum to come to Vietnam History Museum at 2 Nguyen Binh Khiem, District 1.
3:30 PM - Rest at your hotel after a long day exploring Vietnamese culture and ready for the evening (Duration: 3 hours)

6:30 PM - Dinner (Duration: 1 hour and a half)

Go through the harbor at night, admiring the beautiful view of Saigon River, and watch many activities of young people at night on the walking street. Here you can also find some street foods, coffee shops, or bars opening along the street and the surrounding areas.
